A comfortable and well-designed apartment with a fresh modern renovation. It’s well equipped with everything needed for a short vacation, including cooking facilities. The kitchen and living room open onto a large courtyard with a small slide for children, while the bedroom opens onto a smaller enclosed terrace/courtyard. Wheelchair/stroller accessible entrance. The bed is very comfortable, and there’s a fold-out sofa in the bedroom, making it possible for up to four people to sleep there. There are also several types of pillows available. The living room has another fold-out sofa, although it’s probably more suitable for children. The apartment also has a spacious shower. The hosts are excellent — very responsive, always available for questions, and they provided everything we asked for. We managed to find parking without too much trouble; on weekends there were usually free gray-zone parking spots even near the store nearby. A car is definitely recommended, though, since walking uphill to the apartment can be difficult.

It is true what that the upstairs neighbors smoke heavily, and the staircase often had a strong cigarette smell. However, there is an alternative entrance through the garden that takes about the same time and distance, and we ended up using that route most of the time with the kids. My husband would only use the stairs afterward to go inside and lock the garden door from the apartment side. Overall, despite this inconvenience, we had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the hosts’ hospitality.

Excellent stay. It is a ground-floor sleep + dining room apartment, very comfortable. It fully met our expectations - everything was awesome. There are two small outdoor spaces: one facing an inner yard and another opening to a shared courtyard, which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket in the next building, and the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended.
