I recently rented an apartment for one night with my family. While the apartment was generally good, we faced a serious issue during the night: it was extremely cold, and the heating system was not working at all. We contacted the property management during our stay to report the issue, but unfortunately, no one came to fix the heating, and we had to spend the entire night in the cold. As a result, my daughter got sick from the cold, and it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience for my whole family. Due to this inconvenience and the health risk caused by the lack of heating, I kindly request appropriate compensation from your side.
