the location is very close to the bergbahn and supermarket. Very practical. when there is enough snow you can ski right to the square in front of the appartment building.

The interior of the appartment is very clean and neat but not directly very comfortable. one couch and one (not very comfortable chair) for 4 people is not a lot. Would have loved it to be a bit more comfortable. The TV is a mile away from the coach, the bedroom with two single beds has an extra TV, the 'main bed room' does not. Kitchen was mostly well equipped, missed a water cooker (heard one will be in the appartment soon) and a milk heater or a little saucepan pan that does not have a anti sticking layer so that the milk does not crust straight away. The bathroom was very comfortable. We really missed any view, but understand well that that is the trade of from being so central. A travel plug for european plugs would be very practical as I believe we won't be the only 'non-Swiss' visitors.

The hosts were excellent and responded diligently. As frequent visitors to Flims, we love the location as very convenient to ski in and out. The apartment is very nice, very clean and decorated tastefully.

The only weak point for us was that there is only one toilet.
