Very quiet and nice walk to town centre

Kitchen very well equiped. Breakfast simple, but everything you need was there.

Furniture needs a revamp.

Absolutely magical. We loved our stay here and wish it had been for a full week or more! The perfect Italian getaway, located nicely out of Genoa while still having access by a very nearby bus stop. Good things to know: -Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and any tool you need -Washing machine available as well as detergent, fabric softener ect and clothesline -Very private and secure -Many outdoor seating options to enjoy the unbelievable view -Plentiful breakfast snacks and some kitchen basics provided! Even olive oil The hosts are very kind and this apartment was created very thoughtfully, we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and recommended it, especially for a romantic getaway. We didn’t even see the city because this place was too peaceful and beautiful to leave.

Nothing

The property is located above the hills with magnificent view. Cozy little place with good amenities. Place is well connected to the city by 15 min in bus. The buses are very frequent and punctual and there’s a stop right outside the property. The host is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine.

The hot water in the shower was at most luke warm. The place gets very damp at night with condensation on walls and tiles.

There was a washer.

The property is so far from anything local that any savings you get in staying here you will spend times 5 in taxi fees if you can even get a taxi this far away. There is no breakfast and no pool that’s accessible. Manager indicated that there was pot and pans to cook things in the fridge but there were only two small juice boxes and having traveled so long yesterday we were starving by the time we got there and could not eat then, or in the morning due to the proximity to town. There are very steep stairs so please be mindful when tracking with luggage and the bed is extremely hard.
