very cute, well equipped, clean and close to everything, very nice and communicative host.

too hot-no a/c, very run down exterior and entry door, unsanitary urine smelling alley like entry, no ac and couldn’t even open the windows as the smell from the alley below was so bad.

We do not recommend going in this neighborhood. Soon after our arrival, under our window there was a fight between a pimp and a prostitute. Our kids got scared. During the whole night there were more fights with screams and door bangs. I was very worried for my family's safety. On the street you can smell urine. The sofa was disgusting dirty. The four of us we slept in one room on two single sized beds, because in the other room there were bed bugs. Thank God only my wife was bitten by a bed bug, the kids and I got lucky.

proximity to the train station

the apartment is located in a narrow alley and that many people walk around at night. it is possible to hear people talking on the street as if they were inside the apartment and to make matters worse the window did not lock so the sound was very loud and it was impossible to sleep

It is a cute little space. It was clean, the kitchen had a lot of utensils. The temperature in the flat were ok, even in July. The bathroom was also clean, there was hot water. The beds comfort level was ok. And it is close to the city center. Super easy to get here from the trainstation.

There isn't much of service and internet, maybe in the living room's window. The street that it is in is a bit intimidating at first glance, but we were afraid for nothing.
