Location, place was spacious, clean, well ventilated, easy access. I really slept through the night with no disturbances and the guy who delivered the keys was really nice and servicial.

Terrible attitude of the manager. We made the reservation for a 3rd party, meaning that the owner of this account reserved the place for another person. We did changed the email of the guest but we did not add the phone number of this guest. So on sunday evening, when the owner of this place send us the instructions to the phone number of this account, we ask him if please he could contact the actual guest, and we sent his phone number, then his whole attitude was really bad, making ironic remarks, sarcastic and just 0 service attitude. We accept we should had send the phone number before, that was our mistake, but to react like the way he did for such a minor thing was just unbelievable. On a good side, the guy who opened the place, Mattia, was quite good.

The apartment is located close to the Brignole train station and an important subway stop. The place is in an area with several bars and restaurants with a very diverse cuisine. The apartment is spatious and clean, and the old elevator comes handy when you travel with a lot of luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wi-fi is ok.

The apartment is minimalist in terms of the facilities offered (particularly in the kitchen), comfort, and the general care for details (including missing toilet paper etc.). The apartment has no airconditioning, which forces you to open the windows and leaves you exposed to loud noises at about 6 am from the people preparing for the morning rush the coffee bar on the ground floor of the building accross the street.

When we arrived there was a big delay in getting from the airport to the apartment but the host was very accommodating and waited for us to arrive. The property is fairly simple and has a good location being about a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. Overall an okay place to spend as a base but quite no frills.

The cleanliness of the property could have been improved, the shower and floors had not been cleaned very well. The bed also could do with a mattress cover to soften it a little bit.
