"Lovely hosts and an excellent place to stay."

The hosts were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and had been so since my first questions even before I booked. It makes a huge difference having hosts who are so kind and generous and would do anything to assist. It was a very good location which made it easy to explore, close to good bakeries, restaurants, and is in a beautiful building. It was also nice and cool inside when it was very hot outside.

Clean, sunny apartment with every comfort for a traveller. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine. A well equipped kitchen was also very useful. The apartment had been tastefully decorated and was a welcome “home” like retreat after a busy day. Andrea gave us a personal welcome and provided really good tips for restaurants.

"Excellent place to stay, central, good value and friendly hosts."

Very central to all areas of Genoa. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Taxi rank at end of the street. Apartment was spacious, with separate lounge, good small kitchen that had everything. Clean bathroom. No air conditioning but two effective fans keep us cool at night.

There was an unpleasant smell down in the foyer, but did not affect our apartment.

This place is FANTASTIC! It has everything you could need - great bathroom with bidet, full kitchen, washing machine & drying rack, great wifi, comfy bed and couch! It's awesome! Plus the check in procedure was super easy with the host meeting me on the property at my time of arrival!

We arrived super late, not only late flight but flight was delayed….Andrea waited graciously for us.

If I would have to talk about something to improve maybe the pillows. But the bed is very comfortable.

The apartment is part of an old palazzo beautifully kept , fabulous location and a stunning entrance . It also has elevator access and air conditioning . Hosts are warm and welcoming . Apartment immaculate , wonderful big bath towels . Comfortable bed . Great lounge and kitchen area
