There was mold in the bathroom, the walls were crumbling, needed to be repaired. The owner did not warn about this. I would never ever rented that place. Because of that, the whole stay seem not nice and I could not enjoy being here. Sadly I was so upset that forgot to take pictures and even require at least half price compensation. Such premises coud not be rented without repair for people.

Het appartement was super gelegen qua locatie, lekker ruim, goed en fijne douche.

Het was een goed terras, niet veel gebruik van gemaakt vanwege de tunnel die onder het appartement doorloopt. Gewoon verkeer die erdoorheen ging viel nog te doen, maar als er een motorfiets of ambulance (met sirene) erdoorheen ging was het geluid werkelijk oorverdovend. Het galmt flink in de tunnel en door de weerkaatsing tegen het gebouw werd het geluid nog eens extra versterkt. Persoonlijk werd ik s'ochtends wel wakker van het geluid als de ochtendspits weer begon (alle ramen en rolluiken dicht), mijn man had daar minder moeite mee en sliep erdoorheen. Ook was er een hele mooie ouderwetse stenen wenteltrap, prachtig om te zien, maar 72 treden omhoog naar het appartement was best pittig, zeker met tassen/trolleys of als je slecht ter been bent. Er is een lift aanwezig maar deze schijnt erg gevoelig te zijn qua gewicht en schommelingen. Mogen ook maar max. 2 personen in. Wij durfden het niet aan (ook licht claustrofobisch) en hebben alleen bij het uitchecken gebruik gemaakt van de lift om onze trolleys en tassen naar beneden te sturen ipv deze naar beneden te moeten tillen.

Mi è piaciuta la casa, la doccia straordinaria, l'arredamento molto bello, la posizione nel cuore della città.

L'odore di chiuso quando siamo entrati, che è rimasto abbastanza a lungo e il rumore molto forte delle macchine perchè la strada sta sopra una strada ad alto scorrimento e all'uscita dal tunnel.

We absolutely loved our stay in this stunning apartment in Genoa! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and lovely welcome, which made us feel at home straight away. This is not just an apartment – it feels like a work of art. Every room has its own personality and character, and you can really feel the creativity and passion that has gone into creating such a unique place. It felt like staying in an artist's home rather than a typical rental apartment. Our children especially loved the piano and spent hours playing it in the evenings, which made our stay even more special. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and full of beautiful details that make it unforgettable. The location is perfect, with all the main attractions of Genoa within walking distance. We hardly needed any transport and enjoyed exploring the city on foot. We truly fell in love with this place and would happily return. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful and unique home with us.
