"Schön wars"

Hübsche, saubere Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer und das kleine Fischerdorf. Sehr netter Empfang. Steinstrand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Gute Retaurants in der Nähe.

Für Ruhesuchende ist diese Wohnung weniger geeignet. In der netten, kleinen Bar (sehr günstige Preise) gleich unterhalb der Wohnung treffen sich die Einheimischen jeden Morgen zum Cappuchino (1 Euro) und intensiven Gesprächen. Etwas länger Schlafen war für uns nicht möglich.

Прекрасное месторасположение,уютно и чисто,кухонные предметы в ассортименте. Вид из окна ,о котором можно мечтать!!!

Общение владельца апартаментов с гостями , встреча и доступность информации по заселению-на ужасном уровне!!! Полное нежелание войти в непредвиденную ситуацию для гостей! Если вы не успели заселиться до 20:00-вас ждут стресс и унижение! Не важно ,что апартаменты оплачены за полгода!!!

"Wir haben die vier Tage in Boccadasse genossen. Authentisches Italien."

Aussergewöhnlich war die Lage direkt neben dem kleinen Kieselstrand und der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt auf das Meer und die farbigen Häuser.

Die Spülung der Toilette musste repariert werden.

"Fabuleux"

- Emplacement fabuleux, superbe vue - Lit très confortable - Très joliment décoré et spacieux - Environnement idéal : un bus à proximité relie Bocadasse au centre historique en 15/20 min + supérette en face de l'arrêt + au pied de l'appartement : excellents restaurant, bar et glacier (Bocadasse est un tout petit quartier mais très animé)

"Kleine feine Wohnung mit Traumaussicht"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum, direkt am Meer und mit direktem Blick auf Boccadasse. Von beiden Zimmern schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Wunderschön. Vor der Wohnung, ist der Eingangsbereich als Terrasse nutzbar mit Stühlen und auch Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles ordentlich, das Sofa war neu. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Bad funktioniert alles. Sehr einfach mit dem Bus in 10 min in Genova Mitte, oder auch etwas mehr als eine Stunde zu Fuss am Meer entlang, sehr gut erreichbar. Boccadasse ist wunderschön, wenn der Trubel nachts aufhört auch wunderbar ruhig ohne Autoverkehr und bei offenem Fenster mit Meeresrauschen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und würden wiederkommen.

Die Bar der Associazione direkt unter der Wohnung ist Anfang April am Abend sehr frequentiert und die Leute stehen dicht bis an den Eingang. Ruhig wird es erst zwischen 24 Uhr und 1 Uhr nachts - vorher kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
