No kettle was hard for us Brits to work with!

Why did the owner not inform us that Algorta Fiesta was taking place next to the apartment? We were unlucky to have booked this place the exact 3 days of the fiesta. One of the music stages was next to the apartment, so we had loud banging music till 5AM, at 6AM the cleaning trucks came by, and then finally enjoyed a bit a sleep. Owner refused to take my phone call, and replied with a dry message, and didn't want to come by to discuss, although he lives next door. Didn't respond to my proposal to refund 1 of our 3 nights. Booking.com was kind enough to refund their overhead though. We ran away after 1 night to pursue our family holidays elsewhere. My advice : don't take your chance, the square next door might host more loud parties, and the owner won't tell you. And don't believe the owner that the apartment is sound insulated.

Terrible noise coming from the restaurants underneath including constant chucking of glass in glass container, and cleaning services jet-washing the whole street at 8am No dishwasher in a 6-bed apartment, small kitchen Very little decoration and attention to detail, for instance there was an “entrance furniture” that adds no value whatsoever yet not a spot to hang anything Very loud fans in bathrooms, bathrooms not super well designed No ironing board (but an iron!!) Small kitchen, not super well equipped, they only left 1 bin bag!!! 3 seater sofa in a 6 people flat 4 seater eating table in a 6 people flat

We have found a superb location, perfect accommodation, fully fitted, and the good vibe has came as extra 😀 Many thanks to the host
