Az apartman Gyula központi helyén található egy kb. 12 lakásos apartmanházban. A helyi látnivalók, boltok gyalogszerrel kiválóan megközelíthetőek. A lakás mérete, felszereltsége is kedvező volt számunkra.

A parkolóhely nagy autóval kicsit szűkös lehet, ha éppen tele van a parkoló, de semmi gond, csak oda kell figyelni a manőverezésre. Az evőeszközök nem voltak szépen elmosogatva.
