Everything - super modern and clean . The staff treated us like royalty and were fabulous .The food is lovely . Attention to detail second to none .

I liked with my family everything in this place, it was really one of our few best places that we had stayed at while traveling to different countries. I believe the property management have done super great job here and considered every single detail to make sure the gusts’ experiences are unforgettable and up to the mark. Simply we liked everything…Staff positive behavior, attitude and energy, cleanliness, decoration, lighting, attention to details, comfort on all levels, wonderful location, value for money.

Really nothing to be mentioned at all.

For Me , its amazing experience .Really its the best 5 stars hotel I tried for ever & I love it too much . My Rate from my experience me & my family was : Reception 5/5 service 5/5 helping 5/5 cleaning 5/5 also, I love the nice surprise for my mother's birthday cake from the Hajali Management & staff. sure, I will come again. Honestly Hajali Suites need 7 stars :) for best service in Erbil.
