Rosie’s on the Crescent

The apartment was well located and well equipped. This was our first visit to Filey and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Access to the front door was untidy, not well maintained, and difficult to negotiate. Not one eating establishment was open on Sunday evening, the day we arrived.

Very good location, close to the beach and all amenities. Twin room accessed straight off the master bedroom which was ideal for us with young children.

All the amenities we would need were there, albeit we didn’t use some of them. Nicely furnished and decorated. The milk and biscuits were a nice touch. Free On street parking. Not far from the centre or beach.

I’m not sure we would have got into the property if the cleaner hadn’t happened to walk past, by chance, after seeing us struggling, and helped us get into the property. I understand the door keys had recently been changed and we could not get the key to open the door. Even the upstairs neighbour saw us struggling and she couldn’t open the door either. The sheet on one of the twin beds was slightly soiled. Luckily my son could use the other bed. We were woken every morning by noisy footsteps from the property above. There were lots of spiders in the property. We were continually catching them and throwing them out.

A wonderful homely feel. We loved staying at Rosie's - it had wonderful facilities and brilliant location.

The location was great for both the beach and the town. It was quiet. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The host was very quick to respond and very friendly and helpful

Beautifully decorated. Stocked with everything you could need. Amazing location. Comfy beds and sofa. Wi-Fi. Just brilliant!
