Excellent location, wonderful view point and a cosy, clean apartment that was well facilitated with everything you could ever need!

Brilliant view of the river, great location. Lovely welcome gifts, and personal touches around the property that gave it a homely feel.

The view was fabulous! Location was brilliant - we adore Fowey and visit regularly Nice touch to have welcome biscuits, tea and milk Well equipped kitchen Bright and light apartment Interesting to read the history and family connection to the property

Stairs up to the property were messy - gives a bad first impression Bathroom was not well cleaned - very dusty tops of shelf and light and shower and a used and bloody plaster on bath wall. Dripping hot tap. Sofa, chairs and beds aren’t comfortable! Manual was useful but could do with being updated? Apartment is definitely functional rather than comfortable! Mainly children’s dvds? Was assured there was a hairdryer but I couldn’t find it anywhere?

Fantastic location overlooking the estuary. Light and airy living area. Well stocked kitchen. Extras such as beach towels were very much appreciated.

Nothing - it was a lovely place to stay.

A lovely apartment with an amazing view of the estuary and just a short walk from the centre of Fowey. We loved everything about it and we didn’t want to leave.

outside stair carpet needed a good vacuum

bed frame in double meant that if you are tall your feet rested on a cold metal bar. Tv could do with an extra speaker as could hardly hear it.
