"Una chicca sul mare"

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Boccadasse. É stato bellissimo svegliarsi nella tranquillità, scendere a piedi a fare colazione e un tuffo nel mare di prima mattina. La struttura é stupenda, una vera chicca. Grazie di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente

"Schöner Ort aber nicht sehr komfortabel"

Die Lage in Bocadasse ist sehr schön. Es hat viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betten waren bequem.

Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Baustelle, die die Sicht aufs Meer verunmöglicht. Die Wohnung ist auf 3 Etagen, die mit aussergewöhnlich hohen, steilen Stufen verbunden sind. Z.T. gibt es Schimmel an den Wänden.

"Terribile , al prezzo di un albergo di alto livello"

Pulizia assente , cura dell’immobile di basso livello, ambiente freddo , al nostro arrivo (gennaio 2026) struttura non riscaldata , tazze per farsi una tisana calda sporche , polvere ovunque, il box per l’auto a 450 metri in discesa quando si arriva e ovviamente in salita quando si va via (infatti ho insistito per farmi fare il permesso per arrivare nei pressi dell’immobile che si trova in una ztl almeno per il giorno della partenza)…immobile su tre livelli con bagno al piano terra ( se si ha problemi anche minimi di deambulazione evitate ) Esperienza terribile a costo di hotel di buon livello mi spiace per mattia che al telefono è stato sempre educato , ma la verità va scritta .

"Bel emplacement mais un peu cher pour ce que c est"

La belle petite plage, grande chambre, petit espace exterieur

Devoir prendre rendez vous est un peu contraignant, la personne n est pas sur place donc il faut convenir d une heure de check in a l avance et s y tenir, j aurais prefere une boite a cle. Check out a 10h (la personne de menage frappe a la porte a 10h01) alors que le check in n est pas possible avant 15j. Beaucoup de passge devant la porte le dimanche, mais ca se calme des 19h
