Schönes, geräumiges und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Apartment mit Balkon und fantastischem Ausblick auf Meer und Stadt. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße, Aussenparkplatz und in abschließbarer Garage. Kleiner Supermarkt mit italienischem Flair in der Nähe. Herzlichen Dank dem Gastgeber für die korrekte, vertrauenswürdige und zuverlässige Gastfreundschaft, für alle Informationen vor Ort, rund um das Apartment und vor allem für die guten Tips zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in Genua!

Anreise mit Fahrzeug empfehlenswert, da das Apartement am Berg liegt.

"Una vista wow e un’ esperienza da ripetere!"

La vista é da Wow, da sola vale il viaggio!! E che dire della pulizia? Entrando ti accoglie subito un profumo di pulito. In struttura non mancava proprio niente; in cucina ogni tipo di utensile ma anche the caffè condimenti ecc.. in bagno anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma dì ogni tipo. Comodissima la presenza del parcheggio sia esterno che interno (per piccole auto). Ottima anche la posizione perché fuori dal caos cittadino ma anche comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che l’ acquario. Il titolare é stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tante informazioni e consigli. Insomma davvero un‘ ottima esperienza!!

"Amazing stay with wonderful view"

The location is strategic with free parking. It has a spacious balcony with wonderful panorama view of the city. The place has private lift and entrance which makes it very convenient for us. Host is very friendly and helpful, he even met us in person to pass the keys and explained all the details. The house has all the facilities and amenities for family with toddler or small children. Very well maintained and comfortable !

L appartement est très beau, très propre, bon emplacement, vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire est très gentil, il parle très bien le français et nous a envoyer plein de localisation pour nos visites, on a vu des choses qu on aurait sûrement pas trouvé tous seul. Merci Mr Manuel

Piękny widok z tarasu, bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Właściciel był wyjątkowo miły i pomocny. Idealne miejsce na spokojny pobyt w Genui.

Wszystko było w porządku, nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.
