The apartment is located in a safe and quite area of the city, but not near the historical city center. Manuel is a great host, communication was easy and very pleasant - he offered us a lot of useful information about the city. The rooms are spacious, the space is well equiped and the view is amazing :) Definetely recommend it and we really hope that next time we'll spent more time in Genoa and in Manuel's apartment.

Manuel, the owner, is a wonderful host. We started the communication the day before arival and he gave us a lot of hints and advices what to visit, when, what is mandatory and what is not. Very, very helpful and friendly approach. The appartment is located on the hill with a superb view over the city of Genoa and the sea. Is also a separate garage if you want to park inside, but we considered the area very safe and we parked outside, near the block. The appartment can accomodate 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, or a family of 4. Is very well fitted with everything you may need. Manuel also told us where to to the shopping for food and we prepared and eat the dinner enjoying the panorama from the balcony. Fully recommend Manuel and his appartment for your vacation or transit thru Genoa.

Be aware that you need a car if you chose to stay here. I put this mention here but our appreciation for this location is 10, because we knew from the presentation.

Manuel, our host, was most friendly & informative. So clear with communication before, during & after our stay. We so enjoyed our time in this amazing apartment which has everything you need & the most beeathtaking views. Ciao Manuel, ciao beautiful Genova 😍

The place was very nice. The view was amazing. The apparent was clean and tidy. The whole family loved it. Beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and friendly and informative. Manuel had written everything down and had lots of activities laid in detail. Manuel provided us with care not only in Genoa but also throughout our visit in Italy. The best host. I will save this place for the next visit.

Beautiful apartment exceptional view , clean, comfortable beds, well furnished kitchen, very friendly and helpful host.

Distance to downtown or beach, only by car accessible. Trip to 5 terre for 3 persons cost us over 150 euros by train during August, so l would recommend to choose a different period or to go by trail hiking instead.
