Great location and amazing view…lots of amenities.

The location was wonderful. Very close to the aquarium and the beautiful Piazza De Ferrari fountain. The apartment is secure and so very beautiful, and the elevator was a big help. The bathroom was modern and high-end. Washer was the perfect size. Beds comfy, plenty of armoire space. The kitchen area was quaint, roomy, and well stocked. The view out the bdrm windows face the beautiful San Lorenzo church. In between is a busy piazza that provides entertainment every night. Great jazz musicians one night, lovely string quartet the next. Very talented professionals. We had the best seats watching from our balcony. We didn't need it, but there was a high chair and a play pen provided for a bambino. The fridge was a good size, and so was the wine chiller. It was heavenly sleeping under beautiful frescos on the bedroom ceilings. Wish every place was this lovely.

The instructions to get into the place were not accurate. It took us about 2 hours to figure out bc when we called the phone number provided for help, we couldn't get thru. Once we figured it out... no problem. The drawers on the dresser were rough, and one bedroom door didn't close at all.

Magnificent apartment, beautifully furnished. Perfect location for exploring Genua on foot.

We would have liked more information in the apartment about what was available nearby, ie grocery shopping, restaurants etc.

Beautiful apartment in a very central location. Very comfy beds, spacious and super clean. Lots of excellent restaurants within minutes, some we loved included Les Rouges Cucina (fab cocktail bar with super nice staff), Cambi Cafe (via Garibaldi), Settepolpette (pear and chocolate pudding was sublime) and Osteria Le Colonne (rated No.1 on TripAdvisor) was so good. The ravioli was exceptional. Also great cafes for breakfast and a laundromat for drying clothes within 2 minutes.

Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend it. A couple of things that could be improved is the quality of the pillows and bed linen. It’s very central location in the Piazza was definitely a bonus but it should be noted that it is very lively day and night and if you are a light sleeper like I am earplugs are highly recommended. The noise didn’t bother my husband but I did struggle to get a good nights sleep.

Pros: Location is excellent and apartment is clean and spacious. It was very popular with my Beds comfortable. Safe. Met on time at check in. Our 4 year thought is was a Disney princess castle equipped with all things from Beauty in the beast. To her it was magical.

Cons: We didn't know what to do with the bins - the owner didn't respond for two days after I'd sent multiple messages so the apartment had started to smell. Frequently no hot water. Only enough for one shower and there were four of us.

From the moment we opened the massive front door to the street we knew we were somewhere special, and we were! Wonderful stylish rooms and what a view! All the main attractions so close and right in the heart of the medieval city (close to metro too) The city is easily walkable, food excellent and getting (a bit lost) just part of the the fun. Elana our host was always super responsive to any questions - it was a great stay
