Very good location in this area: within walking distance of the metro, the ocean, many cafes and shops. The area is touristy, but due to the good windows, there was no noise from the street. Nice city view. Interesting interior, matches the photo. Fully equipped kitchen with the ability to prepare meals at home. Welcome pack with consumables for the kitchen. Like it! Have a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and toaster. Workplace for laptop. Very warm in winter (you can control the temperature of the house by yourself). We were allowed to check in earlier upon request.

Some significant disadvantages: - very steep stairs, difficult with heavy luggage; - the apartment is overcrafted with the owners’ stuff, it looks like they went for a walk and you moved into someone’s home (especially in the kitchen, there are a lot of useless and broken items) - the dirtiest sofa I have seen in the entire history of booking apartments on Booking - you can hear the noise from the neighbors upstairs - strange communication, if you want to extend your reservation, they try to charge you more than on Booking + during the extension we paid for cleaning, which was not done. a shame!
