Die Lage.

Soweit war alles ok. Check-in Prozedere zu kompliziert! Sehr unglücklich war die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Duschen war einfach nicht möglich. Matratzen hart. Personal nur telefonisch erreichbar, unpersönlich.

Die Lage.

Kein Personal zu sehen, niemand ansprechbar. Leider ist mein Vater im Hotel auf der Treppe gestürzt, leider gab‘s vor Ort nicht mal ein Verbandkasten. Wir mussten den Notarzt holen. Das Treppenhaus war nicht einmal gereinigt.

Mitteilung des Zugangscodes für Gebäude und Apartment nach digitaler Anmeldung per Mail. Sauberkeit, Lage, Stil der Wohnungen für mich perfekt, Zentrum ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage, Apartmentausstattung neu oder neuwertig, Kommunikation per Telefon unkompliziert.
