Las camas cómodas, la cocina super completa, el baño cómodo. Fácil estacionar en la calle, muy buena ubicación. Todo muy bien, volvería seguramente.

El único pequeño detalle es que las cortinas no cubren muy bien y entra luz desde temprano. Pero solo siendo super exigente.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe, problemloses kontaktieren des Vermieters bei Problemen.

Der Fernseher hat keine Standardprogramme ( kein Sat und Kabelanschluss). Möbel teilweise abgenutzt und das Kinderbett defekt, da Lattenrost kaputt ist (es fehlen einfach Latten). Küchenausstattung sehr spartanisch, auch teilweise dreckig und kaputt. Kochen kann man nicht vor Ort. Für Spülmaschine keine Tabs vorhanden, obwohl man das Geschirr nach Verlassen der Wohnung dort reinstellen soll. Keine Verdunklungsrollo an den Fenstern. Dusche schimmelt an der Decke und der Knopf für die Duschbrause defekt. Wohnungstürschloss lässt sich sehr schwer bedienen und in manchen Räumen riecht es sehr unangenehm und muffig. Das Haus von außen, lädt auch nicht ein zum entspannen in der Wohnung.
