Well equipped and good layout

Really needed at least ceiling fans in living area and downstairs bedroom. Air con would have been good.

"At $400 / night it wasn’t cheap and provided no views at that price ( we’d come from waiheke where we had magnificen"

It’s close walking distance to a beautiful beach . It’s spacious and best suited to two couples or family of 4 to get max value

Superficial cleanliness only ( old socks left on floor , cuttlery a bit grotty )

"Very tidy place and a good location!"

The place had more than what we needed. The shovels were provided for the hotwater beach visit nearby. Most of all, the apartment was so clean and tidy.

The couch was a bit sunk and uncomfortable, although it looks nice.

"Passable"

No heater in the bedroom downstairs. TV couldn't connect to the internet. The Apple TV remote didn't work. Blood stains on the dovet cover. Found cricket and ant in the bed.

"Comfortable and relaxing."

Location to the beach and food outlets was amazing. Very comfortable with nice couches to relax in and a large bed. Great to have cooking and laundry facilities for a longer stay.

Just a few extra dinner plates would have been great!
