Sea view cozy apartment

construction started early (6am) but nothing the owner could control

A very good find, it's affordable and you get a good value for your money. The location is close to the sea, public transportation which is available 24/7, and to local businesses. The place is clean and looks like it was remodeld recently. Overall the place exceeded our expectations.

The mattress was a little worn out, sometimes the neighborhood can be a little loud.

The room is very clean, the shower is very big and comfortable. The location is wonderful. The host is very responsive and was helping to quickly sort things out when we had troubles.

This is not a "cozy apartment", it is just a room. The room is very small. The advertised size is 30m² but in reality its just about half this size. For a room this small, the shower is disproportionately big and takes up most of the space, which doesn't leave much space for the bed and its surroundings. There is also no wardrobe to easily store your belongings, which means you'll probably live out of your suitcase. If you plan to work remotely, this place isn't ideal. The coffee table is very small which means you'll barely fit a laptop on it, and the chairs aren't comfy for sitting long hours on them. This place will be fine if you're staying for a day or two, but this room is definitely not enough for 2 people who intend to stay for longer. We were planning to stay for 2 weeks but couldn't manage like this, so we had to find a different arrangement after just one night. Also, this room is overpriced for what it offers. For about the same price, you can get much more spacious studio apartments that even have a kitchenette, in the same lovely neighborhood. Last but not least, there is a new building being built right next to this property. The construction site is right in front of the window, and the windows aren't insulated enough. You're going to hear the heavy machinery early in the morning. As for the date of our stay, they are just now digging the foundations. I assume the constructions will last for at least a year.

Unfortunately, there is a construction site right in front of the room, towards the sea that started to be very loud at 7:30.

The sea view is very nice and it's located in a very calm area. The room is super well prepared for one person - or even a couple - and is equipped with everything: linen, tableware, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, boiler. Wifi is also very good and you also have a smart tv with netflix, YouTube and so on. It was also very clean and all the products were available. The owner is also very communicative and friendly. Totally recommend!

Could be a little bit bigger and a kitchen is missing. Also, because it is close to the sea, there are some humidity damages.
