We were not given a code for the key box before arrival, tried to reach the landlord by phone, emergency number and message via booking without success. We therefore had to check into a hotel for the first night. Got in touch with the landlord the next day to get a code. the landlord was to refund 1 night for the stay. After returning home, I have tried via several channels to get in touch with the landlord without success, the money has still not been refunded
