Diamond Luxury Apartment - Haifa

Nice and spacious apartment centrally located - and a super friendly host.

Difficult to find entrance to apartment. Zero communication from the host before arrival.

The location was very central, its many bathrooms were positive features. The bedrooms had operational air conditioning and firm beds. The host was friendly when we briefly met.

We relied on booking's very positive reviews yet this place was truly subpar . Notwithstanding having confirmed arrival time the day previously via a time stamped WhatsApp exchange, the hosts left us waiting in the carpark for a solid 15 minutes, the wife even mentioning that "had she known" we were coming she would have been available on site. The air con did not operate at all in the kitchen/ sitting room and the owner didn't respond to email informing them of the issue. It was 31C and humid. The kitchen sink had used cleaning sponges in the tray, not hygienically plastic wrapped new ones. Someone else's cutlery was in the dish rack. There was no soap or shower gel in any bathroom. There was no dishtowel available at all in the kitchen area. . The half bath had no hand towels, one bedroom toilet had no wall toilet paper dispenser at all, another had solely a handheld shower head in a shower with neither curtain nor door. Copious use of marble wall tiles doesn't compensate for inability to stand under a shower. The worst feature- outside single paned glass windows in a city centre- was the toilet which had a fault and ran at interval cycles throughout the entire night. There was no visible floor valve to shut it. Sleep was obviously an intermittent torture. In short, the price point for the level of maintenance and cleanliness was not acceptable.

Location Was amazing ! Walking distance to all the main places in the area (Wadi Nisnas, German Colony, Old city) Great apartment with 2 bedrooms and attached bathrooms, equipped kitchen and water bar with fridge.

The WiFi was a little slow

Everything was ok for a short stay

וואו איזה מקום כיף! מרווח נקי יש קרח במקפיא, פן, כלי אוכל וקפה וכו… מארחים מדהימים וסבלנים ממש מקום מצויין

כן טיפה קשה להגיע אליו אבל מעבר לזה מושלם
