"Excellent host and location"

The host was excellent. He sent us photo instructions on how to get to the apartment. We arrived late and he had wine and snacks waiting for us. Also, we arrived shortly after the war started, and he helped us out with issues related to that. Hope to stay there again in the future without a war next time. 🙂

Да все! Все четко,вовремя ,очень чисто,есть все необходимое. Прекрасный хозяин,всегда на связи . Транспорт и магазины рядом. Никаких проблем не было ни с чем!

מומלץ בחום! בעל הדירה מקסים ואדיב, מיקום נוח ממש על הים. דאג לנו עד לפרטים הכי קטנים. חנייה נוחה, נקי ומאובזר. 10/10 בכל פן אפשרי, בהחלט נשוב.

Фото квартиры реальные, видно, что хозяин квартиры старался продумать всё до мелочей. Только жаль что клиенты не берегут обстановку и местами уже требуется химчистка и небольшой ремонт. Квартира обустроена всем необходимым, есть посуда, холодильник, плита, утюг, фен, кофе машина, стиральная машина, сушка, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Район тихий и спокойный. Есть свободные парковочные места рядом с домом. Удобный матрас, что немаловажно.

Было не очень чисто.

הדירה כן הבניין לא.

הבניין ישן מאוד . תאורה לא מספיקה בלילה. הנהלת לא תמיד זמינה ומסודרת לפי ההזמנה. אבל מאוד נחמדים ורוצים לעזור. סה״כ היה טוב. בדירה יש מכונה כביסה ומייבשת וכל הכלים שרוצים ואפילו מכונה להכין קפה אספרסו. (אבל אנחנו לא משתמשים בו)

Great location, easy guidance from the owner, greatly equipped flat (washing machine, dryer, kitchen), good water temperature and pressure in the shower, relatively recent makeover.

Could be cleaner. The staff need to ask the cleaner to wash the floors behind the sofa/bed/doors. The dust compartment of the dryer also was overfilled. Nevertheless, the apartment is very good!!!
