The flat was comfortable.

The host was extremely rude and judgmental! The answers they provided to the questions about the facility were vague and unclear. The main disappointment came after the checkout. Three hours after we left the apartment I received a rude message stated that the host intend to complain on us with no particular reason mentioned, except “The flat left in a horrible condition”. Despite of the unwillingness of the host to reply to my questions regarding the reason of their complaint, after a long period of silence the host answered me vaguely with a short message stated that we left the dishes unwashed and that the neighbors were disturbed. I find it unacceptable, that we pay for the cleaning service (the host mentioned them in their rules), and as guests, we’re obliged to wash the dishes by ourselves. And even if we did, it is unacceptable, that the new guests must rely on the cleanliness and hygiene the previous guests provide and not the host. We left the apartment in a tidy condition, with no garbage left. We had no time to wash the dishes, because the checkout was early. Although we asked the host to move the checkout time in hour or two, but the request was declined. Nevertheless, the host did not provide any evidence that support their statement and after my reply, which contained several questions regarding the way we disturbed the neighbors and how does their cleaning provide cleanliness the host ceased to reply. It is unacceptable and ignorant behavior! The host attacked us with no evidence or proper complaint on them, and then decided not to reply…

We had a good stay at Rotem home. Clean, spacious and convenient to everything. Easy self check in. Host is very responsive. Internet is fast - we worked remotely couple of days. Kitchen has everything you need to cook including coffee machine. Washing machine. Grocery store walking distance. Lots of free parking right in front of the building. Good beach walking distance or 2 minutes drive.

We loved being able to walk to the sea, even though it was a bit further than we expected. The sofa was comfortable and the beds were ok too. The dining area was good too. It felt a safe area and the view was great of the sea. There’s a lovely big park by the sea with grass and flowers nearby. The kitchen area was fine. There were big TV’s which we didn’t use so i can’t comment but nice they were there, and the internet was great.

The floor and shelves were dusty, as were some of the bedcovers and pillows, so we had to clean as soon as we came! The shower holder was broken which made it into a hand shower and made showering longer, although other than that it worked great. There’s no maamad, which in the current situation worried us.

Location, staff very nice and accessible and tended to our needs. Clean.

It is a good location and has a helpful owner. lovely place, with lots of towels and bed linens. Easy access. Very well-equipped flat. Well maintain and safe building.

The pillow was too soft. The bedroom air-conditioner shutter is broken.

Orly and Ron are amazing host. Orly was just a message away, replied me instantly when I needed help. Apartment is exact as shown in the pictures, beautiful and comfortable with amazing sea view. They were very kind to let us stay past our check out time. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location close to everything. Apartment is roomy, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Lovely view of the sea from the kitchen. Orly was great to deal with... answered any questions we had, offered to send us recommendations etc, she also very kindly let us stay past check out as our plane was leaving late. Would definitely stay again

It is not so much a dont like but a recommendation... would be great to have a lamp next to the bed in the second bedroom

It is a big apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 living-room, combined with the kitchen (two bedrooms with the double beds, one bedroom with a single bed). The apartment is equipped with everything that we need: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine (foe Nespresso), hot water, drinking water cooler and boiler. The view from the windows is to the seaside, The bus stops are located in front of the building. It is a 30-minutes walk to the main train station (Hof Ha-Carmel). Two big playgrounds for the children are on the beach (5-minutes walk).
