Location, hot water, easy check in

We stayed in room 220. The room was nothing like the pictures. The place was filthy (there was a lot of hair on the shower walls from previous residents, there was mold on the walls and ceiling, there was dust everywhere and windows and sinks looked aweful), cigarettes smell kept us from sleeping all night long, the walls were super thin so we could everything happening outside, parking was super costly even within 10 min walk from the place. We wanted to cut our stay but couldn't find an alternative at this time period. Nasty, nasty, nasty, avoid at all costs.

Nice location, bars and cafes nearby, good kitchen.

Shower was a bit moldy, bathroom felt dirty, holes in the wall, no blinds, poor maintenance. Photos are not the same as real room.

Unsafe and Unacceptable Conditions - Do Not Stay Here I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Port City Hotel that forced me to leave immediately for my safety. On my first night, I couldn't sleep at all due to a severe bed bug infestation. To make matters worse, I had to kill a large spider in the room. After complaining to management, they moved me to a different room which was only marginally better. The situation became genuinely dangerous when I returned to my room in the evening to find that a large piece of the ceiling had fallen down, apparently due to water damage/fluid buildup in the ceiling structure. This was the final straw - the building is clearly not safe for guests. I left the hotel immediately as I feared for my safety. Between the pest infestation, the unsanitary conditions, and the structural hazards with falling ceiling debris, this hotel should not be operating. I have documented everything with photos and videos as evidence. I strongly advise against staying here. The conditions are not just uncomfortable - they are unsafe and unhygienic. I am requesting a full refund for this nightmare experience. Cons: - Severe bed bug infestation - Spiders in rooms - Ceiling literally falling apart - Water damage/structural issues - Unsafe conditions - Poor maintenance - Health and safety hazards

Very good location and there's everything you need in.

It's not a very pleasant path: the elevator and corridors are gloomy, it smells of tobacco smoke. If you stay for a long time, you need to contact the host and ask him to refresh your towels and add garbage bags. There was also no ironing board in the room, which is in the photo. There are also two bedside lamps in the photo, but only one in real life.
