Port City Haifa

Great value for money located in the center of Haifa downtown, a lot of coffee shops, variety of restaurants, AM:PM, public transportation and all located less than 5 min of walking (with very very slow walk). The check-in process is really efficient, you get a link with all relevant information personally and in general such as passwords, services and Etc. with a lot of other information about the city of Haifa with tourist recommendations and tips. * There's a self-service laundry shop in the next door building - must bringing the cleaning materials, works with coins only, * The facility is also suitable for people with disabilities

The room was very clean and it had all the amenities one might need. The staff was also very quick to answer with any question via WhatsApp.

The surrounding apartments were sometimes a little noisy.

the location of the hotel was good

everything else was disgusting! the room is terribly dirty, fungus and mold grow on the walls, it stinks of dampness, all the furniture and appliances hardly work, the air conditioner makes a noise as if a motorcycle engine is screaming in your ear, half the lamps in the room do not work. The hotel responds to messages quickly, but they ignore requests to fix something. This is terrible customer service. I don't recommend it.

Easily accessible and close to stores, places to eat and highways etc. The managing agent was exceptional. He is Informative, quick to respond and follow through. Halls and stairs are cleaned daily. Excellent water pressure and good air conditioning. Fair price. Safe.

The beds are very low, just inches from the ground which is uncomfortable. The towels are thin and the pillows are small.

The location was perfect close to all the shops and bars, It was also very close the buses and public transport. Self-check in was very convenient since we were not sure what time exactly we will be arriving.

During our three-day stay there was no hot water despite turning on the water heater.
