- molto sporca zona giorno, con strani resti di cibo nel lavandino, oltre a residui di cibo anche nelle mensole, oltre ad una bottiglia di alcoolico abbandonata vuota.pulizia dopo i precedenti clienti nulla. - mancata comunicazione da parte del proprietario alla richiesta di informazioni il.mese precedente. Avvisato per orari di arrivo e richiesta conferma, ma nessuna risposta anche la settimana prima dell'arrivo - no scottex - no sapone - no carta igienica (era già quasi finita) - nessuna risposta facendogli notare lo sporco - No riscaldamento (era freddo!) -errore a darci la stanza, ma fortunatamente lì ha risposto e siamo andati in quella giusta, anche se non ha risposto a 3 chiamate di seguito.

Sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Reibungsloser Check-in und schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation. Bequeme Betten und ruhige Lage, ideal zum Ausschlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. WLAN stabil, zudem gute Anbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Nichts Nennenswertes – höchstens die Dachschrägen in einigen Bereichen, aber nicht störend.

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders positiv war die ruhige Umgebung sowie die unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Ein- und Auschecken. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und hilfsbereit.

The flat is quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Good location.

The apartment smelled like cigarettes and dirty footprints were all over the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom, forcing me to go looking for an open store on Sunday. The entire heating system was switched off in the middle of winter (not just the radiators), and it was difficult to reach the owner while it was freezing inside. No blinds on any of the windows, rather unpleasant for sleeping.

For a long term stay I would have liked some more items in the kitchen like a can opener and scissors. I also feel garbage bags, toilet paper and a broom/ mop to keep place clean would have been helpful.
