The apartment is great, the design is very nice and modern. It is 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. There are small shops and a large shopping center nearby. The internet seems to be good.

Unfortunately, there is almost no noise insulation. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing, how they move furniture, how they walk. Once they had party until three in the morning. It's impossible to sleep, you can even hear conversations. It's better to buy earplugs.
