Location. Good facilities. Easy to access.

Needs proper cleaning. Bathroom was so dirty. Kitchenette was handy but dirty cutlery. Quality of mattress and linens needs improvement.

"A nice place to stay in Iaşi for a few days close to the centre."

Great location, only walking distance to the centre of Iaşi. The washing machine broke down with our clothes on and the host was attentive in getting someone to come out and fix it.
