"Comunicare slabă din partea gazdei și condiții necorespunzătoare."

Deși ni s-a comunicat că putem face check-in-ul la ora 13:00, am fost nevoiți să așteptăm aproximativ două ore din cauza lipsei de comunicare și a întârzierii pregătirii apartamentului. La sosire, curățenia era necorespunzătoare (lenjerie murdară, păr și praf în cameră, gunoi neridicat), iar pentru a treia persoană din rezervare nu erau pregătite lenjerie și prosoape, fiind nevoiți să le cumpărăm noi. Din păcate, experiența nu a fost conform așteptărilor.

Заезд на парковку надо оплачивать отдельно, а кому и как я не понял.
