Tiene una terraza muy grande.Zonas comunes con barbacoa y una sala de juegos con futbolín,diana,etc,ideal para niños y adultos.El apartamento está bien equipado y cómodo.El anfitrión, Rubén,muy amable, fácil comunicación con él.
