Free and ample parking, lots of condiments for cooking, huge balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains

Slight language barrier, but mainly the water heater system that doesn't allow for showers, washing and cooking together as it drains it fast. And some other small issues

Big apartment, space for the car, easy to reach by car and close to the city center.

There was a problem with the shower, the property promised to fix it, were stayed only one night

I stayed for just one night, and overall, the experience was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The only thing I couldn't find was the Wi-Fi password, but other than that, everything was fine.

The owners are really kind and available to meet need and request you might have. They seem nice persons. The apartment is quite calm. The owners provide you with plenty of linen (towels, bedsheets etc.) and the kitchen has basic equipment.

These are suggestions for the owners to improve their apartment and hopefully increase the number of guests. Overall it would be better to check the apartment every once in a while and prevent potential issues. We are sure that they have the will to increase the attractiveness of their place: - Install air conditioning (otherwise during the Italian summer the flat is difficult to live in) - Repair or change mosquito nets (the one in the kitchen was broken) especially until air conditioning is not installed - Repair the faucet of the bathtub (leaking and about to break down)

The host was kind and ready to help us, the apt was clean and fully equipped, we will definitely be back!

The boiler capacity was very small. Not even enough for 2 showers...
