Apartma Tinkara

+ spacious, renovated, nicely furnished apartment + kitchen was very well equipped + great location, everything important is walking distance + parking place included in the backyard

- pity the apartment does NOT have washing machine, which in my opinion makes stays for more than 7-10 days a bit problematic - the apartment is on 2nd floor without elevator, so staying with a baby can be somewhat problematic (carrying pram up and down all the time, or leaving it your car overnight) - family living above the apartment has a small child which runs around easily past 10PM. we had a child, too, so this was not a big deal for us, but if you expect early good night sleep this may be an issue.

Good location, bed was good, handy parking bay at the back.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious.

The host is extremely unpleasant in all her communication. As one other guest noted, we were demanded personal ID numbers much in advance and before the free cancellation period has ended so when I had to explain that I prefer sharing our personal ID data only once it is confirmed we will be arriving. On our arrival, we could not find the parking spot so I messaged the host and she was annoyed by our plea and explicitly told me "I cannot help you, I am not there"... She sent a photo of the parking spot which really does not help if you have never been in the city nor in the street. The biggest paradox is that there IS a map of how to get from the address of the apartment to the parking but - in the apartment! Which the host never mentioned. It might be a good idea to send people the map BEFORE they arrive so they can park their car. When we managed to find after circling around for some dozens of minutes, our parking spot was not available. She then told us to park at the neighbor's parking place and claimed we will not need to move. Of course, that evening upon returning to the apartment I have seen over dozen of phone calls and messages demanding us to move our car, together with the neighbor leaving an extremely unpleasant note on our car - so obviously the host never communicated this to the neighbor. In addition, the apartment was very lightly cleaned and the toilet was not really cleaned well and I have sent the photo to the host. She called to insult me and accuse me of lying and imagining things and claiming that the photos do not show anything etc etc. In general, the apartment does not to be thoroughly cleaned, but the worst part of the experience is how we were treated - and all that for a pretty expensive price. I have never ever in my life experienced such behavior and I have been traveling for work and pleasure over 20 years now.

Everything was perfect. We are grateful for last minute support with adding persons to our booking. Apartment is very clean and comfortable, location is very good. We can recommend Apartma Tinkara :)
