Location, view, amenities. Condo was supplied with all the things we needed.

Furniture needs to be updated. Not comfortable at all.

Service was horrible and many things were broken and not working.

Didn’t know it came with a breakfast

The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broke, and if it came with a free breakfast, I didn’t know anything about it

The views from the apartment are amazing, including fabulous sunsets. Beach is wide and very clean. The pool is a bit small but with the access to Croc's included, there is a much larger pool (and you can use the gym, get drinks or food, etc as well which is a big plus). WiFi is excellent. The apartment itself is large and relatively well-equipped Vacasa, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or requests we had Rating the location itself really depends on what you are looking for. Great for a quiet getaway (except a few times over the holiday weekend when Crocs music was too loud), away from the busy town. If you want easy access to town (by foot) where there is more going on, it's doable but a bit too far out, especially in the heat of the day or at night. However very easy to get a taxi or uber too

A few small negatives: twin mattresses were uncomfortable, should provide cushions for the outside dining chairs as well as more silverware and bowls.. And, including a few basic cleaning supplies (i.e. spray to clean the counters) would be nice.
