We went in the winter and this place was absolutely freezing all the time even though it wasn't very cold outside. There was always a cold draft, very hard to relax.

Good location

Apartment was very hot, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made it more comfortable. A couple of times there were also a lot of ants in the shower
