En la habitación master el AC podria ser mas fuerte

Esta en el centro de Jaén, cerca de todos los monumentos y dispone de parking.

Improve delivering instructions to get into room for non Spanish speaking guests, a little difficult finding where to park car but the attendants in garage were very helpful ,

The location is perfect. It is a lovely and comfortable apartment. El sitio es perfecto. Es un apartamento muy bonito y cómodo.

Having to get the keys from the petrol station, difficult if you don't have a car.

This is a spacious apartment with a great location. Very central to everything and comfortable.

The key pickup system means you have to drive out of your way for 20 minutes when you arrive and leave. This should be stated when you book, not afterwards, as it is very inconvenient. The parking card for the public carpark did not work as we were on a motorcycle, which was very stressful, especially in a second language. The apartment is great, but we would not book it again for these reasons.

Great location and very well appointed apartment

The car parking was horrendous. We had a larger hire car than usual and the access ramps were dreadfully narrow. Probably ok for a seat ibiza sized vehicle. On arrival c1730-1800 the apartment had not been cleaned from previous guests as we found towels scattered around the bathroom and the double bed had not been made up (no problem as we had requested the twin bedded room). The cleaner arrived shortly after arrival.
