Overall, the place was good. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was moderately clean. The caretaker was also helpful

The road leading to the place was a bit difficult. The final part of the road has a narrow bend, which makes it hard to turn a car, especially at night. One of the beds in the family room was not clean enough, as it had hair that appeared to be from a previous guest. The washroom had the same issue, with hair visible in several places. Another concern was that there was a power cut during the night. Unfortunately, there was no proper alternative lighting provided except for a candle that was already more than halfway burnt. This was quite concerning because being in an unfamiliar place and room, suddenly left in complete darkness about 30 minutes after arriving, was very uncomfortable

Not in Kandy but easy to get to it via bus or cab.
