"Nice but small room at a nice location"

The room was clean and comfortable, the property is at a very nice location.

Well, my biggest concern here is the size of the room. It was advertised as a spacious double room (28m2), but I'd say the room could not be much smaller, I'd say it was rather 18m2. You can pay only with cash and there's no WiFi. That was no surprise though, it was shared during the booking. It would be nice to have at least facilities to boil some water to be able to have a coffee or a cup of tea in the morning.
