Gated, has kitchenette, and high top table and chairs for working and is keyless entry. It was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in on the Island.

There was really nothing to dislike but if I have to put something I guess it would be that the mirror in the bathroom was small and hung low, I had to bend down to see my face to shave.

It was quiet- very quiet. Blissfully quiet, in fact. The kitchenette was satisfactory- exactly what I expected based on the description and the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was a great feature.

I found the internet options to be off-putting. You need to scan a code QR code to access it. There are two options- free slow internet or fast internet you pay for. I chose neither and instead used a mobile hot spot I carry with me.

The room itself is good. However, it is not worth the possibility of having to deal with the host in case you do something that they deem inappropriate.

There is a long list of "terms and conditions" that you supposedly agree to when making a reservation. These conditions are posted on the refrigerator door, and the tone is extremely threatening. The list includes actions that could result in hefty fines, reservation cancellations, and even police involvement. Violations include things like not doing the dishes, failing to take out the trash, having visitors, or checking out late. There are also cameras monitoring the guests' movements outside the rooms. To make matters worse, the apartments are located within the owner's property, which is secured by a large gate. This raises the question: what happens if the owner decides not to open the gate for you, preventing you from entering or leaving the property? The threatening language in the "terms and conditions," coupled with the imposing gate and surveillance cameras, left us feeling uneasy and intimidated. When we first arrived, we even considered canceling our reservation, but it was already too late, and we didn’t want to deal with the owner. Additionally, contrary to the advertisement, this isn’t a “whole unit for yourself” experience. The property consists of five rooms, and you’ll be staying in one of them. It feels more like a motel, except the rooms are inside a gated property.

Great space and had all the basic amenities I needed on my trip, including kitchen items. It's a secluded place so nice and serene.

All the amenities of house in an apartment, studio setup; kitchen w/ refrigerator, purified water filter, dishes and coffee maker. Ironing board, hair dryer and clothes hangers. Tempurpedic mattress, plush pillows and cotton bedding. Great bathroom with plenty towels and toiletries.
