"Wow - Special - not to be missed out!"

What a very special host - children received Scottish themed traditional hand made gifts which they really appreciate - the kitchen was supplied with biscuits - all the essentials for cooking plus a very good array of utensils. The flat has very tasteful decor and it was spotless, cozy, and a wonderful place to relax. Even supplied me with a couple of nights worth of good quality whisky - what a very special and generous host!

"Perfect for all I needed both location and comfort."

Location for local facilities, excellent location for the wildlife hides I was using for my photography. The property was spotless and had everything I needed.

Off-road parking can be a little difficult especially when cars are parked directly opposite to the entrance buts just a minor detail as there was lots of parking on the road if need be.

"Fabulous base to explore Moray/ Banffshire"

The location was great for exploring the North East of Scotland! Ample parking in the adjacent street or behind the flat. Excellent grocery shop, news agents and bakery in the immediate vicinity. Very comfortable beds and sufficient kitchen equipment to meet all our needs. Great TV too, with all the streaming apps you need to prevent your teenager from going rancid!
