the flat was much bigger and better appointed than we'd expected - location overlooking the town square was superb. We have already recommended it to family and friends

staircase was very steep, for some that would certainly be an issue , more so from the living area up to the bedrooms

It is a very welcoming property in the heart of Kelso, it has a lovely outlook, tastefully decorated, and lots of thoughtful touches

Nothing to dislike, just to note the stairs are a lot if anyone has mobility issues

Great communication from the hosts and very quick to respond to questions. Location is perfect for town, the flat was well presented and extremely clean. Easy to access via key box and plenty of free parking nearby. Exellent facilities to use in kitchen. Both bedrooms a good size and plenty of wardrobe storage. All in all we had an extremely comfortable 2night stay.

Shower in ensuite bedroom lacked pressure and difficult to regulate, but this only one small negative in loads of positives

Due to our stupidity, we went around in circles in the Square, looking for No 4.. " At the side of The Bank of Scotland, in the alleyway." 😂

Perfect location in centre of town. Very spacious with a very cosy feel. Hosts had it set up great, with helpful notes and welcome package. It felt like a home from home. The square itself had so many shops and a nice selection of pubs and restaurants which would appeal to everyone. Brilliant property.

Superb home from home. Loved our stay. Loved all the little personal touches and all the tiresome basics of self catering. Made a very good impression.

Couldn’t operate key lock and had to phone host. for instructions. It turned out to be very easy but it would be helpful if compleat instructions were included with code.
