The fact no door to room upstairs - open plan with those stairs which we didn’t like. No one wanted to sleep up there

Everything - Great Place & Location

Very spacious and clean. A great place for three bikers to stay with all our gear and private parking round the corner. Minutes walking from the town.

Steep stairs to climb up from the street but not an issue for us but something to be aware of.

The front door is difficult to open, The top bedroom bathroom should have a lock. It would have been a nice touch if there was a complimentary pack of biscuits, milk sachets, especially after a long journey. We liked the layout of the property, huge rooms, very clean and tidy, well presented. The stairs were different but in a good way.

We contacted Simon regarding parking. He was very helpful telling us places to eat in Kelso. We would highly recommend the property it was beautifully appointed.

The only thing that could improve was a king size bed but wouldn't put us off booking we will definitely return.
