Villa Maleyna

Das Haus besteht aus drei Appartements. Wir haben in einem davon übernachtet, das perfekt für drei Personen geeignet ist. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, mit großen Schränken, Klimaanlagen und sehr bequemen Betten. Die Treppe in unserem Appartement war zwar etwas steil und eng, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Besonders gefallen haben uns die mehreren Balkone, auf denen man abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Auch die Küche war top: Alles war vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht, und es gab sogar einen großen Kühlschrank. Zur Begrüßung gab es für nur 3 € eine riesige Flasche Trinkwasser. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer Klimaanlage und einem SmartTV perfekt für entspannte Abende nach einem heißen Tag. Auch der Außenbereich hat uns begeistert: Der Pool war sauber, angenehm groß und wurde regelmäßig mit frischem Wasser aufgefüllt. Rund um den Pool gab es Sonnenliegen und eine kleine Sitzecke mit Bar. Das absolute Highlight waren aber die Gastgeber. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für uns da sei es mit Tipps für Ausflüge oder bei Fragen zur Unterkunft. Besonders schön war auch der gemeinsame Grillabend mit ihnen. Wir haben viel geredet, gelacht und hatten das Gefühl, echte Freunde gefunden zu haben. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The photos posted on booking.com are accurate, the apartment is new and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Located 1km from the beach and the center of Kemer with all the restaurants and entertainment nearby. Owners are friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist.

We’ve stayed in a lot of apartments, but Vila Maleyna takes special spot in my family’s heart :) Apartment is located in very calm, quiet and convenient location, even though city center is about 10 minute walk away. Talking about the apartment, beds are really nice and comfy, kitchen is well equipped, there is also a pool which is crystal clean. Owners of this apartment are very supportive, helpful, positive and especially warm hearted. I strongly recommend this apartment!

Hi I stayed here for 8 days and I love the house. The owner was very friendly and treated me like a friend, so I stayed very relaxed. His swimming pool was spacious and nice, close to the supermarket nearby, and quiet at night. If I go again next time, I will definitely book here. Generally a good villa, and the host was very hospitable. Good internet and swimming pool, as well as close to the center and within walking distance of both the public and wild beach. All in all, would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing week at Murat's villa in Kemer. Murat is a very kind and positive host, always willing to help. His beautiful white cat, Boncuk, added a charming touch to our stay. The villa was spotless, cozy, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast on the small ground-floor terrace. Murat even helped us with transportation to Antalya for a reasonable fee, saving us the trouble of finding a taxi. Highly recommend staying here!

The flat was absolutely amazing. Well equipped. Everything is there, that you would need for a well spent holyday. Quiet neighborhood, pretty much zero trafic on its street. It has its own terrace and a communal pool. The localization is amazing aswell, just outside of the citycentrum. Which means that you can get around on foot to most places. The host is very friendly and helpful, if you have any queston or need anything, He is there to help. If we go to Kemer again, we won't have to search for a place to stay. :) Absolutely satisfied!

- wonderfull newly furnished house - totally clean, comfortable rooms, fully equipped new kitchen - each room has its own bathroom, new furniture, comfortable beds, very weel functioning A/Cs and WIFI - quiet surrounding, no sounds from the neighbours, insect nets on all windows and balconies - wonderfull big private terrace with seating - clean pool in front of the appartment - location - few meters from the center and shops but at the same time quiet surrounding (side street) - the nicest Moonlight beach is cca 15 minutes walk (2 minutes by 3wheel motorcycle :)) - very kind owners, always on the site, willing to help with anything - the photos are totally showing the premises as it is in real total satisfaction with the accommodation we will return for sure if coming back to Kemer!
