Harbourside Views 503 Sebel Kiama

Location was excellent but sometimes noisy in the mornings from delivery trucks.

We stayed 4 nights. Bar fridge did not keep things very cold and freezer part dripped water onto contents all the time. Taps in basin very hard to turn off. Some mould in the bathroom, on basin and in tile grout. Needs upgrade, and shelf in shower positioned so that it was difficult to actually get under the stream. No anti-slip or hand rails with shower over bath. Toaster, microwave, jug, but had to wash up in bathroom basin. No additional garbage bags.

It was right next to everything and was the perfect place to stay for guest who are attending weddings at the Sebel. Comes with everything that I needed for the weekend and had a stunning view.

When walking Into the property, the room to inside the closet had a musty smell. I was able to clear some of it out by opening the windows or spraying room spray; but couldn’t do much about the smell in the closet.

We had room 503 at the sebel Kiama Very clean and comfortable had a kitchenette with microwave toaster kettle fridge.plus an allocated underground parking spot walking distance to the shops supermarket and leagues club.

Can get a bit noisy from the restaurant opposite and room below.. But quite after 10

Excellent location

Very cluttered and dusty needs modernising

Location was wonderful, close to attractions and restaurants, room was comfortable.

The lack of space to store luggage for two travellers, on entry into the room, after 3pm, we found the bathroom floor was still wet and in respect to the bathroom there were no hand rails that would assist pensioners of our age to safely get in and out of the bath whether using the bath or the shower. The two louvre shuttered windows did not suppress the noise that came from two wedding receptions that lasted late on the Friday and Saturday nights during our stay,11pm. You will note I gave a poor indication re value for money the reason for being that prior to our arriving I had a number of convesations with the letting Management for the Sebel and in those convesations I was informed that I could have paid 20% less for our accomodation so how can that happen when Booking.Com maintain that the fees that they charge are the cheapest available. In respect to our experience with the hosts at the Sebel, there was no contact whatsoever. Day blinds need to be fitted as in the evening in particular we had to lower our blind as our room main window faced the Yves Restaurant and with the Blind up diners could see straight into our room.

View was very good

Getting into the property was very unclear, several calls to the letting agent were not clear, eventually I spoke to someone who could direct me correctly. Music from Sebal Bar/Restaurant was loud and went on untill late at night.

Location was great, comfortable bed

The bathroom needs upgrading, bath creaks and weird shelf needs removing, needs bigger mirror so there is enough space for two people to get ready.
