Room was presented as a long stay but had no chair and table or desk, no sink. Only two very low easy chairs. The tap fell off in my hand. The window catch was broken. Window and door insulating strips were pulled off. Registering was long and difficult. If I am a member of Booking.com i don't expect to have to present a photo of my passport on line as well as my credit card. Especially after the full payment was taken in advance.

I liked the spacious nature of the unit, the cleanliness of the unit, the media provisions and the location of this accommodation.

Maybe I could suggest more streamlining of online booking. I received around 12 messages/emails related to my booking over a 24-48 hour period prior to checking in. The process seemed a bit cumbersome! For example, you had my credit card details and had procured payment within 1 minute of booking, yet I still had to send a photo of my card etc. There seemed to be multiple emails of processes to be followed saying much the same thing. Despite this, I did enjoy my stay and will book again for sure.

"Good facility but would have liked a bigger shower space."

The venue was in a good spot, right next to the harbor. There was a coffee shop just downstairs. The room was a good size and had a reasonable view of the harbor. The bathroom was a reasonable size.

I didn't like the shower bath set up. There was no room servicing done for the 3 nights I was there. as the room also faced the courtyard for the Sebel, it was a little noisy with a wedding going on downstairs and even with all the windows and blinds closed, the noise still came through.
