Nothing. It was atrocious. I honestly wouldn’t let my pet even stay here.

My partner and I stayed at this property over the New Year break, and it was an absolute nightmare. On our first night, we discovered cockroaches crawling across the couch and on our clothes. Over the next few days, we spotted at least five more. There was and insect infestation. The room was filthy—dust and spider webs were everywhere, especially behind the fridge. The towels were stained, the cups were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The toilet ran all night, which made it hard to sleep, the key was so bent that it was almost impossible to unlock the door. The room was so far from the town. This room was nothing like the three-star property it was advertised as—it felt more like a rundown motel. Before leaving, I took photos of the room to document the state of things. When I contacted Traci about these issues, I was met with shockingly abusive behavior. She accused me of leaving the room in a mess, despite the fact that the photos I took showed otherwise. Her response was aggressive and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issues, she verbally attacked me, accusing me of trying to scam her by leaving a bad review, instead of taking ownership and providing good service. Extremely low. She went on to threaten me with personal attacks, saying she would contact other accommodation groups and Booking.com to warn them about me. She even threatened to “shame” me if I left a negative review. I don’t appreciate this type of abuse and won’t tolerate it ever. Her message was full of insults and completely disregarded my concerns, making it clear she had no intention of resolving the situation or offering any form of customer service. I was left feeling humiliated and disrespected. This property was far from what was described, and the treatment I received from Traci was abusive. I strongly advise against staying here—this place is not worth the hassle, and the customer service is downright hostile. Avoid it at all costs.

The location was good The room was cosy, and the bed was comfortable.

Location difficult to access . Too many steps for my wife. Bed against wall and hard to get in and out of.

Small, but very comfortable Studio at the quieter end of Kiama overlooking an amazing stretch of beach - and the train line.....which adds to the interest! (Trains seem very infrequent over a weekend) Deceptively private, given the style of building, and quiet. There's the sound of the ocean of course and the occasional train going by, but the studio is air conditioned so the door can be closed at night and this really reduces the sounds. Studio is spotlessly clean with tasteful decor and a REALLY GREAT BED (so good we had to check out the label!!) All kitchen/bathroom essentials are generously provided . Lovely outdoor sitting area which we sadly couldn't enjoy due to rainy weather. Easy walk to everything in Kiama plus easy access to studio's off street parking, with lock box entry. Great communications from Host. Would definitely stay again.
