Great location, we walked everywhere

Not much, we were aware of the trains going past but it did not worry us!

The view, the decoration, easy to park, the port and the goodies.

The blinds are broken and light could come through the window, also because some of the blinds strips are missing, at night had not privacy.

The location was great with the beach a few minutes away. The property was as described, the beach and train noise did not bother me, I just shut the door at night when I was in. Close to town within walking distance if you wanted a walk, some very nice cafes to eat at.

It was disappointing to find the tap behind the toilet leaking across the bathroom floor, unpleasant night visit, I ended up having to turn it off after each use. The Vertical Blinds had quite a few slats missing from them. When I shut them at night, with the sensor light right outside the door (where the slats were missing) that would come on and stay on for extended periods of time, sometimes 45 min, another night 35 minutes it became very frustrating. It lacked privacy due to this issue. These were pre existing problem that should have been addressed prior to guests arrival.

View over the ocean, and closeness into town

The blinds and curtains didn't offer reasonable privacy

The decor of studio was impressive. Very clean with all we needed for our short stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great. Very enjoyable stay close to all attractions.

Steep steps to 2nd floor.

Walking distance to a beach and one minute drive to shops, so the location distance wise is ideal. The view of the beach is lovely. Many bird species spotted in surrounding homes. Very neat and clean.

The stormwater sewer disposal is closeby. The train line was not mentioned in the advertised description and should be as trains run through regularly. It is not ideal if you want a tranquil setting. It is extremely tiny. The last blue step furthest from the street to climb up and down the stair access, is steeper than the others and catches you off guard. I had a problem stepping onto that step when carrying my bags and nearly hurt my ankle.
